StarHub has launched a new dual Broadband 200 that comes with a 200Mbps fibre broadband and 100Mbps cable broadband for $39.90/mth

Free D-Link DIR-850L Wireless AC Dual-band Router. No cable modem is provided but you can swap the D-Link router for a cable modem at no charge.
A cable modem ($59 promotional price) is required to enjoy the cable connection if the customer does not already have a cable modem or does not opt to swap the D-Link router for a cable modem.
An activation fee of $53.50 is chargeable for the activation of each new Dual Broadband plan.
