Shoppers are required to present their Identity Card / Work Permit / Passport at the point of redemption. All redemptions must be made at the Customer Service Counter Level 2 (in front of Singtel). Original credit / debit card receipts must be produced for CapitaCard Members.
Maximum 3 combined original receipts from same day of purchase. Redemption will be strictly based on the receipt data. Double spending is required for NTUC FairPrice and all the shop outlets inside NTUC FairPrice premises for all redemptions (combination of receipts with NTUC is not allowed).
Not valid for receipts from money changer, SISTIC, AXS/SAM payments, CashCard Top-Up transactions, bill payments, lottery tickets, vendors at promotion areas as well as purchase of CapitaVoucher or tenants’ vouchers and purchases offset with rebates or points.
Redemption are while stocks last on a first-come, first-serve basis. Items must be taken as they are and are strictly not exchangeable for cash or extended validity. By participating in the program / redemption, shopper is deemed to accept all terms & conditions set by the organiser.
