1. All redemptions can be made at the Concierge Counter during the above period from 10am – 10pm, limited to 1 redemption per shopper per day and valid till while stocks last.
2. The redemption is open to all Singapore Citizens, Singapore PRs, EP & WP Card Holders residing in Singapore, Tourists (with passport), hence otherwise stated.
3. Maximum of 3 same-day same-mall accumulated receipts. All redemptions must be made on receipt date.
4. Weekly Lucky Draw dates are 10 Jun, 17 Jun, 24 Jun & 1 Jul respectively.
5. Receipt/s and charge slip/s (in full/partial payment) for the purchase of gift cards and vouchers (Eg. CapitaVouchers, Robinsons vouchers, Choice vouchers, all outlets’ gift cards and vouchers), purchase of SISTIC tickets, bill payments, AXS/SAM payments, receipts from money changer, CashCard Top-up transactions, hotel room/ banquet sales receipts and purchases offset with rebates or points are NOT entitled for lucky draw and redemption of premiums, parking and shopping rebates.
6. To redeem rewards under “MasterCard Privileges”, only maximum of 3 combined MasterCard receipts can be utilized.
7. To redeem rewards under “ENDLESS SHOPPING TREATS” & “WEEKLY REWARDS”, shoppers who purchase using cash/Nets/Visa/AMEX/MasterCard can qualify by using maximum of 3 combination same-day receipts. However only 1 lucky draw chance is accorded for every $50 purchase.
8. Each MasterCard charge slip can be used for redemption once only for EITHER “MASTERCARD PRIVILEGES” or “ENDLESS SHOPPING TREATS” & “WEEKLY REWARDS”
9. MasterCard cardholders are entitled to redemptions under “ENDLESS SHOPPING TREATS” & “WEEKLY REWARDS” only if “MASTERCARD PRIVILEGES” have been fully redeemed.
10. In the event that $20 Shopping Rebates are fully redeemed under the “MASTERCARD PRIVILEGES”, UOB Lady’s Card cardholders will only receive $10.
11. 5,000 STAR$ redemption & The Face Shop Gift Set is only valid for shoppers who sign up as new CAPITASTAR members via Raffles City Concierge, Kiosk from 29 May – 28 Jun 2015.
12. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. All unclaimed prizes will be donated to charity.
