- Promotion is available at all outlets except KOI Changi Airport.
- Payment has to be made in full by KOI Card.
- Only Ice Cream Milk Tea/Ice Cream Green Milk Tea/Ice Cream Oolong Milk Tea(M size) are available for redemption.
- Each KOI Card can purchase a maximum of 2 cups per transaction.
- No upsize or adding/changing of other toppings is allowed.
- Promotion is not available for delivery or bulk order.
