1. The promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible card members of Maybank credit cards issued in Singapore. Card members must settle payment with their Maybank credit/debit card in order to enjoy the promotion.
2. The promotion is only valid for desktop and mobile webpage bookings only.
3. Booking period for 5% off worldwide destinations is from 1 Sep till 31 Dec 2018, stay period is from 1 Sep 2018 till 31 March 2019
4. The Promotion is applicable to selected hotels (prepaid only) made through a dedicated landing page only at following URL: www.agoda.com/maybanksg
5. This Promotion is only valid for hotels with the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page.
6. “Promotion Eligible” banners are applicable for room type that are pre-paid. Ie: Pay to agoda upon booking confirmation. Not valid for Pay at the hotel or Pay cash at the hotel room types.
7. The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
8. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
9. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
10. The qualifying and participating card members are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda and Maybank.
11. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda shall be final.
12. Maybank and/or Agoda can change the terms and conditions at any point of time.
13. This Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Maybank and the card members (payment facility, etc.), which is at Maybank’s sole discretion and for which Maybank is solely responsible and liable
