The Komala’s Group started as a restaurant serving traditional Indian vegetarian meals that was founded by Mr. Murugiah Rajoo (M. Rajoo) in 1947. The Komala Value meals such as the Briyani Poori Meal includes the poori which is made out of wheat flour mix and lightly fried in oil. Briyani is saffron rice mixed with finely chopped vegetables and includes types of cooked vegetables, salad (Raitha) and crispy pappadam for a well-balanced meal.
