STAND UP FOR SINGAPORE… Singapore’s iconic chilli crab, that is. The crustacean is bathed in a luscious, tangy and spicy sauce, with tons of eggy goodness, where diners clamour to mop up every precious last drop with fluffy mantou.

Writing a fried chicken love letter to this beloved dish is KFC’s reimagined Chilli Crab Mantou menu, created specially for National Day and exclusively available from 23 July to 2 September 2025 only.

Go #MantouMad and amp up your chilli crab experience with the Chilli Crab Mantou Zinger – a fun twist with extra-large mantou making a wonderful substitute for the usual burger buns. It unites with the bold and spicy Zinger, its satisfying crunch and juicy chicken elevated with an authentic chilli crab sauce. Bite into the mantou for a burst of seafood aromas, with the moreish sauce clinging to the crispy crevices of the Zinger patty for a sweet, sour and spicy kick.

Mantou fans should also order the 2pc Hot & Crispy Chicken served with two pieces of Mini Mantou and a Chilli Crab Dip. With a tub of the tomato-chilli egg gravy all to yourself, do as you please – have it with the chicken, or save all of this tangy, rich sauce for dipping, exclusively with the mini mantou. It’s a flawless fusion of textures and tastes, where crispy meets tender, and where savoury meets sweet. Shiok!

As a sweet surprise, the popular Ondeh Ondeh Egg Tart makes a return. Oozing with creamy pandan custard, desiccated coconut and Gula Melaka, it’s the ultimate finale!

KFC’s Limited Edition Mantou-Inspired Crossbody Bag

KFC will also be releasing a limited-edition Mantou Crossbody Bag to spice up the festivities! Complete with a cute chilli crab charm and ample space within the “mantou” for your valuables, it’s the ideal companion for a spontaneous National Day picnic, an outing to catch the fireworks, or the perfect bag buddy for when you watch the Parade.

The KFC Mantou Crossbody Bag will be available at a discounted price of $19.90 (usual price: $24.90) when any Chilli Crab meal or bundle is purchased. While stocks last.

KFC’s Chilli Crab Mantou creations are available from 23 July to 2 September 2025 for both dine-in and takeaway at all KFC outlets except Singapore Zoo and Sentosa. They are also available for delivery via foodpanda, Deliveroo and KFC Delivery.

Note: From 20 August to 2 September 2025, KFC’s Chilli Crab Mantou will not be available at Sun Plaza, Yew Tee Point & Tampines Mall outlets.
