- For those below 1.4 m height: 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm, 4.30pm
- For those above 1 m height: 1.30pm all skaters must be above 3 years of age.

Maximum 3 same-day combined receipts, each above $10, must be redeemed in person on the day of purchase. For receipts obtained after 9.30pm, it can be redeemed on the following day only. Limited to 1 redemption per shopper per day, regardless of total amount spent. Only original receipts with full payment are accepted based on the net amount reflected in the receipts, NETS/Credit Card slips will not be accepted.
Receipts cannot be reused for other promotions. Duplicate and/or handwritten receipts will not be accepted. Receipts from Healthway Medical Centre, Q&M Dental Surgery, 12HRS Money Changer, United Overseas Bank, Sistic and atrium/push cart sales will not be accepted. Receipts for top-up of Kopitiam card, Spinelli card, Starbucks card and Coffee Bean card will not be accepted. +Lucky draw is open to all shoppers 18 years of age and above with local addresses.
Each shopper is limited to a maximum of 20 chances per day, regardless of total amount spent. While stocks last. For S400 redemption tier, shoppers can choose to redeem either the $150-tier gift or the smoothie maker but not both. #Ice skating sessions are on a first-come-first-served basis and limited to a maximum of 20 participants per session. Registration for skating sessions must be done on www velocitynovena.com within 7 days from the redemption date at Velocity’s customer service counter at level 1. Velocity’s customer service counter is open daily from 10am to 9.30pm. Information is correct at time of print and may be subject to changcs. Velocity’s management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
