For those planning to gift traditional red packets, visit any of DBS/POSB island-wide pop-up ATMs to withdraw notes or reserve your notes online for collection at a DBS/POSB branch near you.

Please note that branch walk-ins are reserved for customers aged 60 and above, as well as persons with disabilities.

Online reservation

You will need to make an online reservation to get new or Fit-for-Gifting notes (Fit¹ notes in short) at your preferred branch/centre.

6 steps to make a reservation

Step 1: Visit the secured online notes reservation site via DBS official website.
Step 2: Enter your NRIC/Passport Number/Malaysian NRIC, followed by the last 4 digits of your ATM/Debit/Credit Card number, and/or PIN (For Wealth clients only).
- Note: Never disclose your digibank User ID, PIN & One-Time Password (OTP) to anyone. DBS will never request for your PIN, password or OTP.
Step 3: Select your preferred branch/centre, date, and time of collection.
Step 4: Indicate the number of notes you require for each denomination.

Step 5: Confirm your details and selection. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after your submission.

Reserve your notes online before heading down to DBS/POSB branches for collection.

Walk-in notes exchange is available only for customers aged 60 years and above and customers with disability. This service is offered over the counter at DBS/POSB branches, DBS Treasures Centres and DBS Treasures Private Client Centres, subject to exchange limits.

Important notes

Denominations available are S$2, S$10, and S$50. They come in the following packages:
- S$100 (S$2 in 50 pieces)
- S$300 (S$10 in 30 pieces)
- S$500 (S$50 in 10 pieces)
- S$600 (S$10 in 20 pieces and S$50 in 8 pieces)
Each customer is limited to a maximum of 3 withdrawals (new and/or Fit notes) across all DBS/POSB islandwide pop-up ATMs throughout the campaign period.
Withdrawal at pop-up ATMs can only be made using a DBS/POSB bank card.
Check estimated waiting time at your nearest pop-up ATM location before heading down.
