Haze Protection – Combat the Haze
Try to cut down on unnecessary outdoor activities and stay indoors where possible and keep doors and windows shut.
When going outdoors, wear a face mask to protect against the pollutants in the air and bring along wet wipes and hand sanitisers as it is more dustythan usual.
Apply eye drops to soothe eye irritation and alleviate airway irritation by taking lozenges.
