Qoo10 has announced the start of its Rocket Shopping Festival, which would run for two weeks until 30 April 2017.
The event puts the spotlight on Qoo10’s recently-launched Quick Delivery Service, through which customers are able to receive products on the same day that they order them.
Products such as alcohol, durians, ready-cooked food, frozen food, baby products, beauty and fashion products, tech gadgets, and more, from participating merchants, will incorporate the Quick Delivery option through Qxpress.
The delivery option, abbreviated as “QX Quick” on product pages on Qoo10, was launched to help customers drastically reduce waiting times, while enhancing customer convenience and satisfaction.
While the service fee for Quick Delivery is normally S$5.99, selected products will have this service fee waived for the course of the shopping festival.
