Recipes (serves 2-3 pax)

Onigiri – Glazed Teriyaki + Pepper Kicks

1. Microwave rice
2. Cut CP Glazed Teriyaki and CP Pepper Kicks into smaller pieces and microwave.
3. Cut nori in half
4. Wet both of your palms with a bit of water to prevent the rice from sticking to your hands. Then, spread a small pinch of salt on both palms.
5. Spread a handful of slightly cooled rice and create a small indentation in the center of the rice. Add 1-2 tsp of one kind of filling inside.
6. Cover the filling with another handful of rice and form into a ball.
7. Bend hand to create an angle to form rice into a triangular shape
8. Wrap rice with the halved nori sheet and place more chicken used in the filling on the top.
9. Serve warm.

CP Donburi – Golden crispy and Tsukune balls

1. Microwave rice
2. Air fry both CP Japanese Golden Crispy Chicken and Tsukune Chicken Meatballs
3. Slice Tamagoyaki
4. Plate rice then top it with CP Japanese Golden Crispy Chicken and then CP Tsukune Chicken Meatballs with Teriyaki sauce
5. Add sliced tamagoyaki and sprinkle seaweed flakes on top.
6. Serve hot.

CP Japanese Crispy Gyoza Sando

1. Air fry CP Japanese Crispy Gyoza
2. Slice 2-3 cabbage leaves into thin ribbons
3. Spread Kewpie mayonnaise on one side of a slice of bread. Spread mustard on another slice of bread.
4. Put cabbage and CP Japanese Crispy Gyoza between the 2 bread slices.
5. Wrap sandwich with wax paper and slice in half.
6. Serve.

CP Mini Ebi Katsu Japanese Curry

1. Air fry CP Mini Ebi Katsu
2. Peel and chop carrots, onions, and potatoes and boil until tender
3. Add cooked carrots, onions, and potatoes to 600ml of boiling water and add the curry roux.
4. Microwave rice.
5. Serve curry on top of rice and add furikake.
