When creating a national burger, unofficial or not, KFC knows that the stakes are high… VERY HIGH. The sambal’s gotta be on point, the prata must be fluffy yet crispy, and the curry had better be iconic. Or else.

Introducing the perfect multicultural mashup, the KFC Curry x Sambal Zinger. It fuses familiar comfort with bold local flavours, a feisty fusion of Chinese-style curry, Malay-inspired sambal, Indian prata, and, of course, the Western Zinger – an edible microcosm of Singapore’s identity in a delicious, handheld format.

Also debuting in time for Singapore’s 61st birthday is the KFC Curry x Sambal Chicken, because KFC’s signature Fried Chicken paired with a tub of delicious Curry filled with potato chunks – and of course that kick of spicy sambal is so essential to our local palate.

Prata and curry with sambal are also national favourites, easily enjoyed at any time of the day, from breakfast to lunch, dinner and supper. It’s such a joy to pour, dip and drip the curry on your prata and be rewarded with surprise chunks of tender potato in the curry.

Similarly, the crispy, succulent Zinger fillet delivers a satisfying crunch alongside fresh lettuce, while the spread of spicy sambal adds a punchy, addictive heat. It’s a playful take where swapping out the usual bun for crispy prata brings a buttery, indulgent texture, and the rich, aromatic curry dip on the side ties everything together.

Each bite is customisable, messy, yet deeply satisfying – elevating our national cuisine to a new dimension. And yes, enjoy the same fulfilling experience by pouring the curry over the burger from the special curry pour tub, discovering potato chunks in the luscious curry.

Meanwhile, the KFC Curry x Sambal Chicken offers a bold combo of rich, aromatic curry and spicy, flavourful sambal, served with 1 piece of prata and 2 pieces of juicy chicken. It’s perfect for dipping and mixing, providing enjoyment in every bite. Pour as much curry as you like from the tub; it’s finger-lickin’ good, especially those yummy potato chunks!

For prata lovers, KFC will also be serving a la carte prata with its rich, aromatic Curry Pour Tub.

Rise and shine, for early birds can also catch some of that curry action at KFC! During this celebratory period from 22 July to 8 September 2026, the curry menu will be expanded to mornings with the Breakfast Curry Twister, which is finally back by popular demand. Available only till 11am.

It’s a whole bowl game built from comforting plain macaroni, with generous lashings of fragrant curry and a shiok sambal kick, layered with 3 pieces of crispy Chicken Bites for that protein fix. Late nights will never be the same with this limited-time bold local twist that offers the ultimate mix of flavour, crunch and satisfaction.

Available from 9pm till 2am on Fridays, Saturdays and on the eve of Public Holidays. Available from 9pm till 12am on Sundays and Public Holidays.
