Starting 1 July 2013, StarHub will enable its mobile pre-paid customers to keep their mobile number when they upgrade to a StarHub Mobile post-paid plan.
There is no need to give up the mobile number which has become part of their identity over the years.
In the lead up to this launch, StarHub is inviting customers to register their interest at www.starhub.com/prepaidporting from today. Registered customers who subsequently have their pre-paid number ported to a StarHub Mobile post-paid plan, will enjoy free delivery of their new handset. The interest registration page will stay open till 30 June 2013, 2359 hrs.
As an added benefit, existing StarHub Mobile pre-paid customers who upgrade to a StarHub Mobile post-paid plan can get a FREE StarHub discount voucher worth up to $100, which can be used to offset the cost of the new handset. The value of the voucher is based on the number of years that they have been a pre-paid customer with StarHub (please see table below for details). This tenure loyalty offer is valid till further notice.
