1. Open the ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App and select “Book Now” during the valid booking period
2. Enter your pick-up location and destination
3. Scroll down to “Promo Code” and enter “5OFF“
4. Submit booking

General Terms & Conditions for Promotion Codes/Booking Codes on ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking Application

1. The promotion code/booking code feature is available in the latest ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking Application.
2. To enjoy discounts from the promotion codes/booking codes, all bookings must be made through the ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking Application.
3. Any promotion code/booking code must be accurately entered into the “Promo Code/Booking Code” field and submitted together with the taxi booking for the ride to be entitled for the promotion.
4. The validity of each ‘Promo Code/Booking Code” redemption will be verified at each taxi booking.
5. The Promo Code/Booking Code value will be deducted from the final taxi fare at the end of the taxi trip.
6. There will be no refund of the balance “Promo Code/Booking Code” value should the final taxi fare be below the “Promo Code/Booking Code” value.
7. The “Promo Code/Booking Code” promotion is redeemed upon successful taxi confirmation.
8. The passenger forfeits the “Promo Code/Booking Code” entitlement once a confirmed taxi booking is cancelled or passenger fails to turn up.
9. Each “Promo Code/Booking Code” promotion has its own validity period, discounted value and terms & conditions. Please check the individual promotions accordingly.
10. ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete, add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice including without limitation the date of the promotion
