Comfortdelgro Cabrewards Jolly Sign Up Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. The ComfortDelGro CabRewards JOLLY Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by ComfortDelGro Taxis (the “Organiser”).
2. The promotion is valid from 10 to 18 December 2016, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
3. This promotion is only applicable to new and successful ComfortDelGro CabRewards account activation during the Promotion Period.
4. To be eligible for the Promotion, the CabRewards member (the “Member”) must enter JOLLY promo code upon account registration.
5. 1,000 Cabpoints is awarded to each CabRewards account upon successful account registration with JOLLY promo code.
6. To qualify for this promotion, the ComfortDelGro CabRewards Member must have a registered mobile number under his/her account.
7. A booking promo code for 2 x $10 off taxi fare will be sent via SMS to the Member’s registered mobile number via SMS to all eligible members by 23 December 2016.
8. The 2 x $10 promo code is applicable for use on the ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App and is valid till 28 February 2017. The promo code is subject to the standard terms and conditions for promo codes on ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App.
9. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate, vary, delete or add to any of the promotion’s Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice including, without limitation, the date of the promotion.
10. Participants agree to take all steps as requested by the Organiser from time to time in order to ensure that the Terms and Conditions are compliant with any data protection law that may be enacted and applicable to the Promotion.
11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the Participants irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
12. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53) to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
