The mini obstacle challenge game coupon is redeemable from 1 – 28 June 2015, from 11am to 7pm, on a first-come-first-served basis. All gift-with-purchase items are on while stocks last basis. Upon redemption, there will not be any refund allowed for purchases made. Maximum 3 combined same-day receipts is allowed for redemption in person on the day of purchase.
Velocity receipts obtained after 9.30pm can be redeemed on the following day only. Consent must be given for PDPA and the release of identification number before redemption, and receipts over $1,000 will be scanned for internal audit purposes. Limited to 1 redemption per shopper per day, regardless of total amount spent. Only original receipts with full payment are accepted based on the net amount reflected on the receipts. NETS / Credit Card slips will not be accepted.
Receipts cannot be reused for other promotions. Duplicate / handwritten receipts will not be accepted. Receipts from Healthway Medical Centre, Q&M Dental Surgery, 12HRS Money Exchanger, UOB, SISTIC / atrium / push cart sales and stored value card top-ups will not be accepted.
Receipt payments by credit card points and / or membership points are not applicable for redemption. Receipts for purchase of gift vouchers and payment of phone bills / phone cards / parking coupons are not valid.
*Lucky draw is open to all shoppers of 18 years of age and above with local addresses. Each shopper is limited to a maximum of 20 chances per day, regardless of total amount spent. Winner will win the car that is displayed at United Square and OneKM. Prize car excludes COE, insurance, registration fee, road tax, ERP, IU, number plate and GST. Car visual is not representative of the actual car prize.
The draw will be held on 12 February 2016, 11am at the OneKM customer service counter L2 and the results of the draw will be published in The New Paper on 19 February 2016. All winners will be notified by post. Velocity’s customer service counter is open daily from 10am to 9.30pm.
