HDB has launched 4,170 new flats for sale under the February 2016 Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise spread across three projects located in the non-mature towns of Bukit Batok and Sengkang, and the mature estate of Bidadari

3,995 new flats comprising of Studio Apartments (SAs), 2-room to 5-room flats and Three-Generation (3Gen) flats. New this round – applicants who intend to take HDB loan will need to produce a HLE letter at the point of booking a flat.

4,630 new flats located in Bukit Batok, Hougang and Jurong West and Kallang Whampoa. Also existing flat owners who right-size to a new 2-room or 3-room flat in a non-mature area can choose to pay half the downpayment for the new flat

3,841 new flats in six projects located in the non-mature towns of Punggol, Sembawang, Woodlands and Yishun , and the mature town of Toa Payoh under the July 2014 Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise.

HDB has launched 8,952 flats for sale in a mix of mature and non-mature towns/estates under the Nov 2013 joint Build-To-Order (BTO) and Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) exercise. This is HDB’s largest joint BTO and SBF exercise so far.

HDB launches five BTO projects, offering 3,923 new flats in Choa Chu Kang, Punggol, Sengkang and Tampines with prices from $83,000 for 2 room, $145,000 for 3 room, $229,000 for 4 room and $283,000 for 5 room (exclusive of grants).

Another 4,200 new flats in 7 BTO projects has been launched by HDB today, following its bumper 8,200 flats just two months ago – Waterway Ridges and Waterway Banks in Punggol, Hougang Capeview and Hougang DewCourt, Acacia Breeze @ Yishun, Fajar Spring in Bukit Panjang and Golden Cassia in Bedok.

HDB’s Resale Price Index (RPI) rose from 180.3 in 2nd Quarter 2011 to 187.2 in the 3rd Quarter 2011, an increase of 3.8% over the previous quarter. Highest COV commanded for 3 room is Bukit Merah ($34,000), 4 room is Bishan ($52,000), 5 room is Bishan ($66,500) and Executive is Tampines ($68,000). HDB will be releasing 4,200 BTO units in Nov 2011.
