A one-time registration charge of S$48.15 (inclusive of GST) will apply to new sign-ups for Fibre services. ONT Activation waiver is only up to $58.85 (with GST) for weekdays – Monday to Friday (9am-5pm).
Free Fibre Termination Point Installation waiver is only up till $235.40 (with GST) and is only applicable for customers who do not have an existing Fibre Termination Point installed at the Service Address and sign up for Fibre 1Gbps promotion. Other charges will apply for additional requirements.
For Mobile Broadband mData 1GB (SIM only): Excess data usage charges of $10.70/GB, capped at a maximum of $188.32 (excluding monthly subscription) apply.
Symmetric Upload/Download Speeds for Fibre Broadband (except 1Gbps plan): Only applicable for new sign-ups, or existing customers with an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) provided by M1.
A one-time registration charge of S$5.35 (inclusive of GST) will apply to new sign-ups for Static IP.
