In celebration of Singapore’s 49th birthday, SingTel is offering its postpaid mobile customers FREE unlimited local data on National Day (9 August 2014).

Customers can stream music and videos, download apps, surf, post, pin and upload selfies to their heart’s content.

This benefit starts from 00:00hrs and ends at 23:59hrs (Singapore Time) on 9 August 2014. If your mobile price plan comes with local data bundle, this means that your data usage on 9 August 2014 will not be deducted from your bundle.

Available to all SingTel Postpaid Mobile and Mobile BroadBand residential, Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) and corporate mobile customers

If you are on a non data-bundled plan, you get to enjoy this benefit on 9th Aug 2014

To enjoy the privilege, simply switch off and on (restart) your device after 00:00hrs on 9 August 2014, in order to restart a new local data usage session to enjoy this benefit. This will ensure that your phone is not running any continuous background data session. Also make sure you are using an eligible APN – e-ideas (postpaid) and internet (dongles/tablets)

You will not see any clocked usage for on that date (and within the time stated) on your My SingTel App or your monthly bill.

Note: Singtel warns that eligible Customers must use this privilege for personal and non-commercial purpose only. It further states that it has the discretion to assess whether the usage is excessive or abusive, in which event SingTel Mobile reserves the right to levy the prevailing charges.

Other terms and conditions apply.
