Terms and Conditions
- Promotion is valid till 31 January 2016 and only applicable for NEW plan sign-up only. The 6 months free trial promotion is not valid with other promotions.
- 6 months free trial promotion is only for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents. Foreigners (i.e. holding employment pass / work permit), customers with poor credit rating, existing Singtel Home Broadband, mio Home or Fibre Broadband subscriptions are not eligible.
- The following charges are applicable for free trial sign-ups:
- Registration fee ($53.50)
- Singtel installation fee – weekend worth $145 is chargeable. Weekday installation worth $90 will be waived.
- For residences with Fibre Termination Point (FTP) already installed, FTP installation fees are not applicable. For residences without any Fibre Termination Point (FTP) installed, the following installation fees are applicable:
- i. High-rise ($235.40)
- ii. Landed ($481.50)
- The free trial is deemed to begin on the first day of service installation and will end 6 calendar months later, i.e. if a customer has his/her service installed on 1 November 2015, the free trial will end on 30 April 2016.
- If you are happy with the Fibre Broadband plan, no further action is needed and this plan will automatically roll over into the remaining 18 months of a 24-month contract and prevailing subscription rates for 1Gbps Fibre Home Bundle will apply thereafter. As part of the free trial, you will be able to terminate the above services at zero penalty within the 6-month trial period by returning the Singtel equipment in original condition to our designated return centre within the 6-month trial period.
- The free trial applies to the first 6 months of the 24-month contract and no extension of the free trial is allowed.
