Credit Risk: The Customer is taking on the credit risk of Malayan Banking Berhad (“Bank”) (Moody’s Long Term A3, S&P Long Term A-, Fitch Long Term A-) with respect to all payments due under the structured deposit (“Structured Deposit” or “this product”). Please note that the Bank will pay the full principal amount to the Customer only if the Structured Deposit is held to the maturity date, or (if applicable) the specified redemption date. In the event where the Bank becomes insolvent, the Customer may not receive any payouts and may lose his original principal.

Reference Rate SGD-SOR-VWAP: SGD-SOR-VWAP means that the rate for a Reset Date will be the synthetic rate for deposits in Singapore Dollars for a period of the Designated Maturity which appears on the Reuters Screen ABSFIX01 Page under the heading “SGD SOR Rates” as of 11:00a.m., London Time, on the day that is two Singapore and London banking days preceding that Reset Date. If such rate does not appear on the Reuters Screen ABSFIX01 Page, the rate for that Reset Date will be any substitute rate announced by ABS Benchmarks Administration Co Pte. Ltd. (or its successor as administrator or sponsor for that rate)(“Administrator”). If the Administrator does not announce such rate by 4:00p.m., Singapore time, on the date that is two Business Days preceding the relevant Reset Date, the rate for that Reset Date will be determined by the Calculation Agent in a commercially reasonable manner.
