Join more than 70,000 residents in ushering in 2018 – at over 40 year-end Community Celebrations in the heartlands!
Look forward to both large-scale parties, jointly organised by the Grassroots Organisations (GROs) from neighbouring constituencies, and more intimate community celebrations organised by Residents’ and Neighbourhood Committees as we celebrate a fruitful 2017 and share our wishes and aspirations for the year ahead.
Over at the Boon Lay Countdown 2018, lights will take centre stage with the theme ‘Take Flight’, where some 30,000 residents can look forward to roving performers donning LED lights and activities like neon face painting.
In line with the ‘Smart Nation’ theme, residents over at Bukit Batok East would be able to pay for their food using cashless payments, while enjoying nostalgic performances, outdoor movie screenings and old-school local treats at the Countdown to 2018 @ Bukit Batok East celebrations.
The GROs community celebrations will also bring residents from private estates together to usher the New Year. For the first time, about 2,000 residents from four condominiums will also come together at the ‘Canberra Drive Road Opening Party’ to commemorate the opening of the newly minted road as well as welcoming the New Year.
Gather your family, friends and neighbours and head on down to a PA Year-End Community Celebration happening near you!
