1. The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible card members of DBS/POSB credit and debit cards issued in Singapore. Card members must settle payment with their DBS/POSB credit or debit card in order to enjoy the Promotion.
2. Discount for Website bookings as follows:

3. The promotion is applicable for selected hotels via website only.
4. The Promotion is applicable to booking merchant hotels at participating destinations and designated hotels (prepaid only) made through a dedicated landing page only at following URL: www.agoda.com/dbssg
5. This Promotion is only valid for hotels with the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page.
6. The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
7. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
8. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
9. The qualifying and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda and DBS Bank.
10. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda shall be final.
11. DBS Bank and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point
