- The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of Maybank credit and debit cards issued in Singapore. Payment must be made with a Maybank credit / debit card in order to enjoy the Promotion.

- This Promotion is only valid for hotels with the “Promo Eligible” tag on the room types search results page.
- To book on app, click the redirect button on your mobile webpage or scan the QR code from desktop version to launch your Agoda App. Discount will be reflected at the payment page when you key in valid Maybank Card details.
- The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
- The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, cashback sites, promotions, rewards, loyalty programmes, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
- The qualifying and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda and Maybank. Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Promotion landing page.
- Maybank and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda and Maybank shall be final.
