How do I get started?

Download the ComfortDelGro App now.

Then, follow these steps to link your DBS/POSB Card:

1. Step 1: Launch the ComfortDelGro App and tap on the top left icon
2. Step 2: Tap on ‘Manage Payment’
3. Step 3: Tap on ‘Credit Card’ to add your DBS/POSB Card
4. Step 4: Enter your DBS/POSB card details, verify, and you’re done.

I’m ready for my ride – what’s next?

Just hail a ComfortDelGro taxi and follow the steps below.

1. Step 1: Launch App ComfortDelGro App and Tap on “Pay for Street Hail”
2. Step 2: Tap on “Tap for promo code”
3. Step 3: Tap on “TRACE”
4. Step 4: Select your DBS/POSB Card to pay
5. Step 5: Key in taxi number or scan QR code on the payment terminal to auto pair
