- Upon successful ticket purchase, you receive an automated email on the eticket. This eticket is valid till 7 Feb 2021 and has to be presented before admission to Cloud Forest, Flower Dome and shuttle service.

Sorry . . Correction. There is that . . Great Promotion of Unlimited Visits @ Dome & Cloud. Just bought for NDP Celebration . Its abit confusing bc it states on their site 1 Day ( But their Ads says Unlimited ? ) Note . . .Only 1 hour slot for each Conservatory.
Your promo on unlimited visits to the Gardens till Feb ’21 is rather confusing. On one page, it says unlimited visits till next year. On another page it says it’s unavailable. Also when I call the given contact number on the web page, I waited for a long time before a recorded voice says that the number?/person? is unavailable. And this promo is to celebrate National Day!!?!
More confusing, there is no subsequent booking page for the ND passes.
