Terms and Conditions
(1) GST-Absorbed Shopping:
– Promotion is only valid for transactions made in-store, at participating retail stores, from 11 – 14 November 2021, subject to the operating hours of the respective stores
– Promotion is only valid for transaction amount between S$11 and S$11,000 (inclusive of GST). For avoidance of doubt, GST discount will be capped at S$11,000 per transaction amount. The remaining amount exceeding S$11,000 will not qualify for promotion.
Example:
> Transaction amount = S$15,000
> Amount entitled for GST absorbed promotion = S$11,000
> GST discount that will be issued by tenant instore = S$719.40
> GST amount that will not be issued by tenant instore = S$261.60
– Promotion is only valid on same day of transaction
– Promotion is only valid for transactions after deduction of all other discounts
– Promotion is not valid for purchases of vouchers, gift cards and tobacco

(2) Citi Credit Cardmembers Exclusive Promotion:
- Promotion is valid from 11 to 14 November 2021, unless otherwise stated and while stocks last.
- Promotion is limited to one redemption per shopper per day, regardless of the amount spent and on a first-come-first served basis.
- To qualify, shoppers must charge a minimum of $120 in max. 2 same-day receipts to their Citi Credit Card at any participating outlet in Jewel Changi Airport.
- All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase with qualifying spending receipt, and corresponding Citibank Credit Card charge slips and Citi Credit Card.
- Receipts from Retail and F&B outlets are eligible for this promotion.
- Citi Credit Cardmembers Exclusive promotion is not valid for receipts from:
- Supermarket
- Jewel Attractions (including Changi Experience Studio)
- Changi Lounge
- YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport

- All redemptions must be made at Basement 1 Concierge Counter in Jewel Changi Airport, from 11am to 10pm daily.
- Citibank Singapore Limited (“Citibank”)’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
- Jewel Changi Airport and Citibank reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Campaign terms and/or terminate the Campaign at any time.
(3) $10 Jewel Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:
- $10 Jewel Gift Voucher is valid for use with no minimum spend at participating shops, restaurants and attractions in Jewel Changi Airport only.
- $10 Jewel gift voucher is not refundable and exchangeable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or expired.
- $10 Jewel gift voucher cannot be used at event outposts operated by non-tenants.
- Any alteration(s) on the voucher will not be accepted.
- Jewel Changi Airport reserves the right to vary, add or delete the voucher terms and/or cease the acceptance of the voucher without prior notice.
- Jewel gift voucher can be used at all outlets in Jewel Changi Airport, except for:
- Apple
- Tai Er
- Changi Experience Studio
- Gift by Changi Airport
