Mr Coconut is offering a complimentary Coconut Shake to all SAFRA NSF members as a token of appreciation for their service. This exclusive promotion is available from now until 30 April 2024, providing members with a refreshing treat to enjoy during the hot tropical days.
The offer is valid at all Mr Coconut outlets island-wide, with the exception of the Jewel outlet. Limited to the first 5,000 redemptions
Redemption Process
Members can easily redeem their free shake by following these simple steps:
- Firstly, download the SAFRA app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
- Upon opening the app, navigate to the top left-hand corner and select the <Menu> option. Scroll down to find the <e-voucher> tab.
- In the <Wallet> section, browse through the list of e-Voucher images and choose the Mr Coconut e-voucher image.
- Enter the promotional code ‘COCONUT’ in the designated box and click ‘SUBMIT’ to proceed.
- The e-voucher will then be marked as ‘REDEEMED’ within the app.
- To view your unique promo code, visit the ‘History’ tab under the ‘e-voucher’ section.
- Finally, apply your unique promo code at any Mr Coconut self-service kiosk, excluding the Jewel outlet, to enjoy your free shake.
Key Reminders
Members are advised to take note of the following to ensure a smooth redemption experience:
- It is recommended to disable WiFi on your smart devices before redeeming the e-voucher to prevent any potential connectivity issues caused by the outlet’s WiFi network.
- Ensure that the SAFRA mobile app has been granted permission for mobile data access to facilitate the redemption process.
- The <Wallet> interface may not display fully on some devices. To locate your e-Voucher, scroll through the e-Voucher images without interacting with the black background of the screen.
Terms & Conditions
Members should be aware of the following terms and conditions associated with this promotion:
- Each valid SAFRA NSF member is entitled to 1 redemption, on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- Each promo code issued is valid for a one-time redemption of 1 medium-sized Coconut shake. Any upgrade or additional toppings to the coconut shake will be charged accordingly to the member.
- Free Mr Coconut Shake promo code must be redeemed by 14 Mar 2025 at any Mr Coconut outlets except Jewel and is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and will not be replaced once expired or redeemed.
- SAFRA and Mr Coconut reserve the rights to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
- SAFRA is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective merchants. SAFRA will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the merchants or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion.
