Where and how to sign up
The seniors’ promotion is open to Local Seniors (60 years old & above). It is available for purchase at all Singapore Cable Car ticketing counters, including Mount Faber Peak, HarbourFront and Sentosa cable car stations. Seniors should bring along their identification to confirm eligibility as local residents.
Once payment is made, the Faber Licence Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of payment, regardless of when during the promotion period it is purchased.
Membership card or digital card
Each approved member will receive a Faber Licence Membership Card either as a physical card or Digital Card, as determined by Mount Faber Leisure Group Pte Ltd (MFLG). The card is non-transferable and must be presented to enjoy member privileges and discounts. One person can generally hold only one Faber Licence Membership Card/Digital Card at any time, unless otherwise allowed by MFLG.
Important things to note
- Not stackable with other promotions: Member discounts typically cannot be combined with other special offers or promotions. The member must be present to enjoy the privileges unless otherwise stated.
- Service interruptions: Cable car services may be disrupted for maintenance or during adverse weather. No refund or compensation is provided for such periods of disruption.
- Family membership definition: A family membership covers up to 4 immediate family members – such as spouse, parents, grandparents, children, siblings or domestic helpers – as defined by MFLG.
- Misuse of membership: Wrongful use of the Card/Digital Card can lead to immediate termination and withdrawal of privileges.
- Personal data: To process and manage the membership, MFLG will collect, use and disclose personal data according to its policies.
- Changes to benefits: MFLG may amend, withdraw or terminate any part of the membership, benefits and terms at any time. Its decision in the event of dispute is final.
- Parking at Faber Peak: Parking at the Faber Peak coach bay/valet parking area is reserved for events and diners only. Public parking is instead available at Carpark B and C on a first-come-first-served basis, with an estimated 8-10 minute walk to the Mount Faber cable car station.
- Switching to digital membership: Members converting or renewing to the new digital membership will need to surrender their physical membership card. Existing privileges tied specifically to the physical card (such as complimentary vehicle entry to Sentosa and complimentary rides on the Sentosa Express) will no longer be valid and will be replaced by privileges in the new digital membership.
