💵 If you’re planning to gift traditional red packets, you can:

• Withdraw Fit notes from DBS/POSB 1,200 regular ATMs operating 24/7, or from 17 pop-up ATMs. New notes will also be available from 54 pop-up ATMs. DBS/POSB pop-up ATMs are located island-wide and will operate starting 3 Feb.
• Reserve them online for collection at a DBS/POSB branch near you. Branch walk-ins are reserved for customers aged 60 and above and for persons with disabilities.

Online reservation

You will need to make an online reservation to get Fit or new notes at your preferred branch/centre. You will be able to make your reservation when Windows 1 and 2 open, by clicking the ‘Reserve Now’ button located here. Fit notes are used currency notes that are similar in quality to those from ATMs and may have fold lines or minor stains.

*Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may fill up quickly. The portal will close once all reservations are booked.

Information required for reservation

• NRIC/Passport Number/Malaysian NRIC
• Last 4 digits of your DBS/POSB ATM, Debit, or Credit Card number
  (Credit cards need to be linked to your DBS/POSB Savings or Current Account)
• Card PIN (For Wealth clients only)

You can only make 1 reservation. Please note that all reservations must be made through the DBS official website and subject to availability.

Walk-in notes exchange

Reserve your notes online before heading down to a DBS/POSB branch for collection.

Walk-in notes exchange is available only for customers aged 60 years and above and customers with disability. This service is offered over the counter at DBS/POSB branches, DBS Treasures Centres and DBS Treasures Private Client Centres, subject to exchange limits and availability.

For customer aged 60 and above as well as customer with disabilities.

What to bring along

• NRIC/Passport Number/Malaysian NRIC
• Your DBS/POSB ATM, Debit, or Credit Card
  (Credit card needs to be linked to your DBS/POSB Savings or Current Account)

Notes exchange and payment can only be made over the counters at DBS/POSB branches. If the withdrawal amount exceeds your current ATM/debit card limit, please remember to increase card limit 12 hours beforehand due to a security cooling period.

Pop-up ATMs

You can withdraw Fit notes from DBS/POSB 1,200 regular ATMs operating 24/7, or from 17 pop-up ATMs. New notes will also be available from 54 pop-up ATMs. DBS/POSB pop-up ATMs are located islandwide and will operate starting 3 February.

1. Denominations are available in the following packages:
   • S$100 (S$2 in 50 pieces)
   • S$300 (S$10 in 30 pieces)
   • S$500 (S$50 in 10 pieces)
   • S$600 (S$10 in 20 pieces and S$50 in 8 pieces)
2. Each customer is limited to 3 withdrawals (Fit and/or new notes) across all DBS/POSB pop-up ATMs throughout the campaign period.
3. Withdrawal at pop-up ATMs can only be made using a DBS/POSB bank card.
4. Check estimated waiting time at your nearest pop-up ATM location before heading down.
