- Membership fees must be paid in full and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable
- Only an e-Card will be issued; no physical membership card is provided
- A portrait photo is required for the e-Card during application, and access is linked to the registered mobile number 📱
- Present the e-Card through the app or membership portal; screenshots are not permitted and will not be accepted for entry
- Not applicable for membership gift cards and vouchers
