As Singapore gears up for its National Day celebrations, Starbucks is spotlighting the flavours and rituals that define everyday life in the city. Blending nostalgia with innovation, the brand introduces its take on beloved local coffeehouse favourites alongside new Singapore-exclusive beverage creations, locally inspired bites and vibrant merchandise. Together, the collection captures the essence of home, turning every coffee break and catch-up into a distinctly Singaporean experience.
As part of Starbucks Singapore’s 30th anniversary celebrations, the Shiok menu reimagines familiar local flavours through Starbucks coffee and culinary lens – spanning the new Starbucks Kopi Siew Dai, Singapore-exclusive Kaya Toast beverages and local-inspired food offerings.

Introducing the new Starbucks Kopi Siew Dai that brings the familiar local coffeehouse ritual into the Starbucks experience, offering local kopi drinkers a new way to enjoy a well-loved order. The beverage can also be enjoyed as part of the new Reset Set, which pairs Starbucks Kopi Siew Dai with a Mini Croissant served with a choice of kaya or peanut butter, complete with a slice of butter. Together, the pairing brings coffee, buttery pastry and familiar local flavours into a lighter, contemporary format, while the broader Shiok line-up continues the celebration of Singapore flavours across beverages and food.

Starbucks Kopi Siew Dai NEW! (Tall: $4.90)
Starbucks’ take on a beloved local coffee order. Handcrafted using 100% Arabica coffee, it draws inspiration from the bold, full-bodied character of kopi while offering a smooth, nuanced profile associated with Starbucks coffee, finished with balanced sweetness that’s reminiscent of the traditional drink order.
Available as an iced or hot beverage in tall-size only.

The Reset Set NEW! ($6.90)
Enjoy Starbucks Kopi Siew Dai as part of the new Reset Set, paired with a warm Mini Croissant served with a choice of kaya butter or peanut butter and finished with a slab of butter.
A satisfying combination that balances bold coffee with buttery pastry and familiar local flavours.

The Starbucks Kopi Siew Dai will be available from 15 July, for all to enjoy in-store, via Starbucks app for Mobile Order & Pay and Starbucks® Delivers, as well as via Starbucks food delivery partners: GrabFood, and Foodpanda. While the Reset Set will be available in-store and via Mobile Order & Pay (from 11.30am to 3.59am).
Starbucks is also introducing the new Singapore-exclusive Kaya Toast Latte, Iced Kaya Toast Latte and Kaya Toast Coffee Frappuccino®. Inspired by the iconic Singaporean breakfast, the trio layers rich, aromatic Starbucks® Signature Espresso or Frappuccino® Roast with velvety milk and rich kaya notes, finished with buttery croutons that mimic the crisp, golden element of toasted bread. The kaya flavour draws from the familiar coconut and egg jam profile beloved locally, bringing a subtle sweetness and fragrant depth that complements the bold coffee base. The result is a comforting beverage offering a modern take on a classic morning ritual.

Kaya Toast Latte NEW! (Tall: $7.90)
Inspired by the iconic Singaporean breakfast, this comforting latte layers rich, aromatic Starbucks® Signature Espresso with velvety milk and rich kaya notes.
Finished with buttery croutons that mimic the crisp, golden element of kaya toast, it offers a warm, dessert-like take on a familiar local coffee moment.
Iced Kaya Toast Latte NEW! (Tall: $7.90)
A chilled take on the familiar kaya toast coffee moment, this iced latte combines rich, aromatic Starbucks® Signature Espresso with velvety milk and rich kaya notes.
Finished with toasted buttery croutons, it brings subtle sweetness, fragrant depth and a toast-inspired finish to every sip.
Kaya Toast Coffee Frappuccino® NEW! (Tall: $8.50)
A blended, dessert-like take on the nostalgic Singaporean breakfast, this Frappuccino® layers Frappuccino® Roast with velvety milk and rich kaya notes.
Finished with toasted buttery croutons, it captures the comforting idea of sipping kopi alongside kaya toast in a cup.
The Kaya Toast Latte (Hot/Iced) and Kaya Toast Coffee Frappuccino® will be available from 15 July for all to enjoy in-store and via Starbucks app for Mobile Order & Pay. The Kaya Toast Coffee Frappuccino® is available for delivery on Starbucks® Delivers and GrabFood from 15 July, and Foodpanda from 22 July.

Returning Favourite! Nonya Curry Chicken Prata Pie ($7.90)
Everyone’s favourite “curry & prata” is back!
Combining the spice-infused flavour with succulent tender chicken, encased in signature pie crust with Starbucks’ favourite crispy, flaky prata at the top. A comforting, local-inspired treat!
NEW! XL Chicken Char Siew Puff ($6.50)
Flaky on the outside with a burst of flavourful char siew chicken filling on the inside. This puff pastry takes the spirit of the usual dim-sum staple to a whole new level.
NEW! Cempedak Tart ($6.50)
Featuring a buttery, crisp tart filled with luscious tropical fruit. The filling is rich, with the bold, honeyed aroma of ripe jackfruit. Perfect for an afternoon delight!
