StarHub has announced that in the coming weeks it will be offering the iPad mini and fourth generation iPad. StarHub will offer these new iPads with a range of attractive data plans that will allow customers to connect to its fast LTE and DC-HSPA+ mobile network which will provide download speeds of up to 75 Mbps and 42 Mbps respectively.
