Terms and Conditions
Please present your NRIC and same-day retail receipts/charge slips at the Information Counter on Level 2 for all redemptions and lucky draw chances. Shopper’s details will be recorded to control the daily issuance of gift/voucher redemptions.
Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase. Limited to a maximum of 2 same-day receipts, unless otherwise stated. Gift/voucher redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Not valid for the purchase of gift vouchers/gift certificates, medical and bill payments, instalment plans, educational packages and purchases made at the Office Tower or push cart. Receipts used for one gift/voucher redemption will not be valid for another on-going mall promotion.
The Christmas Tropics Lucky Draw is valid for purchases made between 22 November 2013 to 5 January 2014. Limited to a maximum of 10 chances per shopper per day and 20 chances for HSBC credit cardholders. All lucky draw entries must be received no later than 9pm, 5 January 2014.
The Draw is open to all Singapore Citizens, Singapore PRs, and foreigners residing in Singapore. The Management, staff of Hermill Investments Pte Ltd, its advertising agencies, auditors and tenants of Forum The Shopping Mall are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
Draw will be conducted on 6 January 2014. All winners will be notified by post. All unredeemed prizes within the notification period will result in the prizes being forfeited.
