To participate in this Programme, please call 6238 8888 from Mondays – Fridays (9.00am to 5.00pm Singapore time), excluding public holidays.
You may also visit Citibank branches (except Great World City, Asia Square, Woodlands) from Mondays – Fridays (10.30am to 2.30pm), Saturdays (10.30am to 12.00pm) and Citibank Instant Banking Centres (except Changi Business Park) from Mondays – Sundays (10.30am to 7.00pm).
Only Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents with a minimum income of S$20,000 per annum are eligible for this Programme.
You are required to have an existing Citibank Credit Card and/or Citibank Ready Credit Account (“CC/RC”). You must submit the complete set of Loan application and account opening application documents (for new CC/RC customers only) for a Citibank Credit Card and/or Citibank Ready Credit Account (“Application Documents”).
