To celebrate CEB’s 70 millionth passenger milestone, CEB announced it is offering a 75% off seat sale to any of its 32 Philippine and 19 international destinations. The seat sale is available until November 17, 2012 or until seats last, for travel from January 1 to March 31, 2013.
Cebu Pacific Air flew its 70 millionth passenger last November 15, 2012. A 21-year old resident of Tawi-Tawi in the southernmost part of the Philippines, Jalaluddin checked in for a Manila-Zamboanga flight on that day.
CEB VP for Airport Services Antonio Jose Rodriguez and CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog awarded the lucky 70 millionth passenger with 70 free domestic flights. The awarding ceremony was held at the Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA T3) check-in area.
The 75% off seat sale includes both Caticlan and Kalibo, gateways to the world-renowned Boracay Island, named the world’s Best Island in the 2012 Travel + Leisure’s World’s Best Awards. The survey conducted by Travel + Leisure Magazine evaluated the islands according to their natural attractions, activities, sights, restaurants and food, people, and value for money.
Iyog added that guests can also book hotel deals through its partnership with Agoda.com, leading Asia-based online hotel reservations company that specializes in the lowest discount hotel prices. Its network includes more than 200,000 hotels worldwide.
International destinations on sale at 75% off are: Bangkok, Beijing, Brunei, Busan, Guangzhou, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong, Incheon, Jakarta, Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Osaka, Shanghai, Siem Reap, Singapore, Taipei and Xiamen.
Promo is non-refundable. At time of booking, pre-purchase your baggage allowance to save time and money at check-in. Flight changes can be done up to 5 hours before your scheduled flight. One way fare. Limited availability. 75% off discount applicable on fares only inclusive of 7kg Handcarry baggage allowance. The following fees shall apply after discount. SGD 8.00 Passenger Security Charge. SGD 6.10 Aviation Levy, SGD 13.90 Passenger Service Charge, SGD 8 admin fee and surcharge ranging for SGD 25 – SGD 31. Starting April 1, 2013, Passenger Service Charge will be adjusted from SGD 13.90 to SGD 19.90. Total Travel Tax to be paid will amount to SGD 34. International fares are on a book and buy basis. Advertised fares are subject to change due to foreign currency fluctuation.
