  • To Thailand : Confirmed reservation for outbound sectors from origin to first transpacific flights are required at least 02 days before departure
  • To other destinations : Confirmed reservation for outbound sectors from origin to first transpacific flights are required at least 05 days before departure
  • 14 days ticket validity – Fare fare basic VLX14SG & WLX14SGG, SINBKK valid on TG414 or TG408 only
Ticket validityBangkok 14 days or 21 days, Thailand – 21 days, Beyond Thailand – 1 month
Mileage AccrualQ class : Normal mileage accrual
V / W class : Accrues 25% ROP mileage of actual miles

  • Reservation Change : Rebooking permitted within ticket validity with fee SGD50. No reissue fee is required. If the new requested date is outside original ticket validity, rebooking fee of SGD50 and reissuing fee of SGD50 applies.
  • Reroute : Not permitted
  • Ticket Reissue : If reissuing is due to upsell to next higher class, to collect reissue fee of SGD50 and fares differential.
  • Refund / Cancellation : Economy – Thailand : No refund ,Regional & Intercontinental Route at 50% of Net Fare
