Samsung has introduced its latest roster of audio products, including Omni-Directional 360 Audio and its range of Curved and Flat Soundbars, with designs that complement its new TV line-up while enhancing the home entertainment experience via immersive and crystal clear sound.

Samsung Omni-Directional 360 Audio – A New Era in Premium Sound
Developed in Samsung’s new state-of-the-art Audio Lab in California, the WAM7500 speakers are designed with style and elegance to harmonise any home interior. The speakers provide rich-bodied sound, and unlike conventional speakers that project sound in a single direction, these fill the entire room with consistent and balanced sound.
To create a truly unique offering, Samsung incorporated its proprietary ring radiator technology which allows sound to flow in a 360-degree radius – producing the perfect balance between treble and bass.
The WAM7500 also features a simple and hassle-free setup with plug-and-play installation – users simply connect the speaker to a power source and wirelessly control it through the enhanced Multiroom App 2.0.
The Multiroom App features wireless connection with mobile devices through Wi-Fi, a multi-room sound system that controls other devices such as a TV or a soundbar using the same wireless network, and an intuitive wheel-shaped UI that allows users to control music with a spinning motion.
The omni-directional auditory feature is embodied in the design, and its sleek oval shape enables the product to blend seamlessly with the interior decoration of any modern home.
The Samsung WAM7500 Speaker will be available at all Samsung authorised dealers in Q2 2015. Pricing details will be available closer to launch.
Samsung Curved Soundbar – Curved Design to Surround Users’ Senses
Samsung is also introducing the Curved Soundbar that features a sleek and clean design – the perfect complementary audio solution to Samsung’s Curved TVs from 48-inches to 78-inches.
The newly-introduced HW-J8501 offers enhanced sound quality with 9.1 channel audio, featuring a central speaker and side speakers on each end. These were added to further intensify the immersive entertainment experience for consumers by delivering more equalised surround sound.
With its patented Multi-Air Gap speaker unit at its subwoofer, the Soundbar features deeper bass than conventional audio offerings. In addition, consumers can enjoy listening to clear and crisp voices thanks to the all-new Clear Voice algorithm that minimises background noise.
It also allows users to stream music through its multi-room functionality, and has a wireless connection to the TV through TV SoundConnect via Bluetooth.
The Samsung Curved Soundbars (HW-J8501, HW-J7501 and HW-J6501) are available at $1,399, $1,099 and $799 respectively at all Samsung authorised dealers.
Samsung Flat Soundbar – Providing Studio Quality HD Sound
The Samsung Flat Soundbar, HW-J651, is equipped with surround sound expansion technology, perfect for enjoying studio quality HD sound.
Its six built-in speakers give it the depth and power to deliver a warm and detailed audio experience with two tweeters that deliver crisp, clear high-frequency tones.
The wireless sub-woofer that accompanies the HW-J651 adds dynamic and rich bass levels providing a truly enriching sound environment around the home.
Consumers can also wirelessly attach speakers to this Soundbar to build a system designed around the way they listen. Such customisation allows for the creation of a cinema-style wireless 4.1 system and also enables users to play different music in different rooms with compatible multi-room speakers.
The Samsung Flat Soundbars (HW-J651, HW-J551 and HW-J450) are available at $699, $549 and $349 respectively at all Samsung authorised dealers.
