If you do not have a smartphone or Singpass, or for further enquiries or assistance, visit your nearest Community Centre/Club (CC) or call the PA Contact Centre at 6225 5322.

- 2) Prepare to login via Singpass. Click blue button
- 3) You may need to wait in queue. After this screen, you will need to login via Singpass
- 4) After login to Singpass, you will get this screen
- 5) Enter your phone number to receive OTP. Next screen you will need to enter OTP
- 6) This screen shows after entering OTP
- 7) Here it lists all vouchers you have.
- For redemption at store – $2 denominations (select which you want to redeem at the store)
- For redemption at store – $5 denominations (select which you want to redeem at the store)
- For redemption at store – $5 and $10 denominations (select which you want to redeem at the store)
- For redemption at supermarkets – $10 denominations (select which you want to redeem at the store)
- For redemption at supermarkets – $10 denominations (select which you want to redeem at the store)

- QR code will show on phone, show it to the counter staff

1) Start here, click the blue button at https://signup.redeem.gov.sg/

2) Prepare to login via Singpass. Click blue button
3) You may need to wait in queue. After this screen, you will need to login via Singpass
4) After login to Singpass, you will get this screen
5) Enter your phone number to receive OTP. Next screen you will need to enter OTP

Do not delete the SMS. It contains a link that can be used to redeem your vouchers that can be reused everytime you visit a participating store
7) Here it lists all vouchers you have.

How to redeem the vouchers at participating stores
Click the voucher link sent via SMS (in step 6 above) everytime you need to redeem the vouchers to instantly go to the redeem page
The link looks like this – https://voucher.redeem.gov.sg/XXXXXXXXXXX?lang=en (XXXXXXXXXXX is your unique code)
Deleted or lost the SMS? To retrieve the voucher link for CDC Vouchers 2024, visit go.gov.sg/cdcv and login with Singpass again. You will be able to get the voucher link sent to you via SMS.
