Interest and Maximum Potential Total Interest: 3.30% p.a. interest is payable only if this structured deposit (“the Structured Deposit” or “this product”) is held to maturity or (if applicable) the specified redemption date. Maximum potential total interest of 16.50% is payable if there is no optional early redemption of the Structured Deposit by the Bank.
Early Termination: Maybank Singapore Limited (“the Bank”) reserves the right (but not the obligation) to early terminate this product on each termination date by giving notice (which may be given orally, including by telephone or through any electronic communication) to the Customer on or before the exercise date (“the optional early termination date”). If the Structured Deposit is early terminated: (a) the maturity date shall be deemed to occur on the optional early termination date and the Bank shall pay the principal amount and any unpaid accrued interest to the Customer in accordance with the Bank’s terms and conditions governing structured deposits and (b) no further interest shall be payable by the Bank to the Customer after such maturity date.
