In a recent update, Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited is offering a promotional interest rate of 2.90% per annum for 6-month Singapore Dollar Time Deposits starting from 01 June 2024.

This offer is available until the end of the month and requires a minimum placement of S$25,000 in fresh funds.
Customers looking to capitalise on this opportunity can transfer the necessary funds to their Standard Chartered deposit account and proceed to place their time deposit via the bank’s online banking platform.
Priority Private clients are advised to get in touch with their Relationship Managers to facilitate the placement of their SGD Time Deposits at even more favourable rates.
Compared to May 2024, the rates for June have seen a slight decrease of 0.1%, indicating a minor adjustment from the previous month’s offering. The detailed rates for various client categories are as follows:
