This thin detachable computer with Windows 8 Pro is a durable, convenient and powerful Ultrabook that, with just one click, transforms into a practical and intuitive tablet with an impressive handwriting experience. It offers full flexibility to professional PC users who want a computer that adapts to their needs.
Furthermore, as Portégé is renowned for its high grade of product mobility, reliability, and durability. Thanks to Toshiba EasyGuard, users can be assured of a hassle-free computing experience. The new Portégé Z10t with 11.6″ Full HD high brightness touch display will be available from June 2013 in South & South East Asia.
Convenience merged with usability

The tablet mode of the Portégé Z10t offers a highly convenient experience in executing various computing tasks, such as making notes during seminars and browsing web pages on the go. However, when document processing that requires serious data input is the key priority, the device easily transforms to its laptop format with full detachable backlit keyboard support. In both modes, the Portégé Z10t offers strong and fast performance thanks to the latest Intel® Core™ processors for Ultrabooks™ and the embedded high speed SSDs.
Wide array of navigation and typing options
The Portégé Z10t offers many convenient ways to navigate and enter data. In laptop mode, users get easy access via the backlit keyboard or they can type in text on the digital keyboard if they prefer.
Further navigation through the menus is possible by using finger commands on the touch screen or the multi-touch touchpad. And, when an even higher grade of precision is needed, the Accupoint™ functionality is the most appropriate option.
Using the Portégé Z10t tablet features, the fully responsive ten-finger touchscreen assures an intuitive browsing experience. Moreover, with the optional Digitizer Pen, users can draw sketches on the tablet screen, accurately tap on a specific area to replace the cursor or navigate more precisely through menus. The handwriting recognition feature is of great practical value as it turns randomly made on-screen notes into editable digital documents.
Toshiba EasyGuard ensures intensive daily usage
The thin and ultra-mobile Portégé Z10t has been developed for extensive daily use and tested to meet Toshiba’s high quality and reliability standards. As a result, stored data is far less vulnerable if the device is accidentally dropped. Moreover, the keyboard is spill resistant¹, so spilling liquids on it will not necessarily mean that data is lost.
The Portégé Z10t has several advanced security and data management features installed: Intel® Anti-Theft functionality reduces the risk of unauthorized access, the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) safeguards locally stored critical data, and Intel® vPro™ technology is a comprehensive built-in security set tailored to the computer usage and the related threats of today. Besides giving added security against latest security threats, Intel® vPro™ also allows IT departments to monitor, maintain, repair and upgrade the Portégé Z10t remotely.
Latest connectivity technologies
With its focus firmly on mobile workers, the Portégé Z10t is packed with advanced connectivity features for fast data transfer and reliable network access. This detachable Ultrabook™ has the latest USB 3.0 ports on board, allowing for much faster data exchange with peripheral devices.
Through HDMI® and RGB, an easy connection can be made to the big screen, while the Intel® Wireless Display technology enables users to send documents and multimedia files to a compatible TV set without any cables. The system also offered reliable and fast network access through the integrated Gigabit LAN port.
