Redemption Documents
- NETS or credit card charge slips
- Original invoices enclosed with receipt that show purchased items have been fully paid for
- Original warranty card duly completed with serial number and model code. No redemption will be allowed without product serial number, or if serial number is not recognized in the system
- Photocopy of identity card
- Gift acknowledgement letter with required information duly filled in
- Authorization letter duly signed by purchaser if redemption party is different from purchaser indicated in the invoice
Terms and Conditions
Redemption is only valid for purchases from 1st January – 28th February 2014. No extension of redemption period will be allowed. Redemption is only allowed if purchase is made from Samsung authorised retailers. Gifts may only be redeemed by collection at redemption centre, upon presentation of valid redemption documents.
Gifts do not include delivery. Gifts are “while stocks last” and not exchangeable for cash or other items. Display models are not entitled to any bundled gifts. Payment must be made in full before any redemption is allowed. Samsung via its appointed redemption centre reserves the right to reject any redemption that does not adhere to the process and requirements stated herein.
Please note that no bulk claim more than 2 free gifts items per promotional models will be allowed. Samsung will not be liable for any lost, damaged, stolen gifts.
