FairPrice doubles CHAS discounts to 6% from 3 Sep 2026 to 1 Jan 2027

FairPrice Group is doubling its CHAS discount from 3% to 6%, but the enhanced rate applies only on designated shopping days: Thursdays for CHAS Blue cardholders and Fridays for CHAS Orange cardholders.

The discount applies to up to $200 of eligible spend per customer per day, equivalent to a maximum CHAS discount of $12 on the designated day. 🛒

The enhanced savings are supported by FairPrice Group’s philanthropic arm, FairPrice Foundation, and build on more than $10 million in savings already provided to CHAS Blue and Orange cardholders in 2026.

The discount is available across all FairPrice supermarkets, including FairPrice Finest and FairPrice Xtra, as well as Unity pharmacies and FairPrice Online. It applies to up to $200 of eligible spend per customer per day. For nearby supermarkets, check the FairPrice store locator.

The 6% CHAS discount does not apply to Marketplace and direct-fulfilment products on FairPrice Online, infant formula milk powder for ages 0-12 months, tobacco products, 4D, Singapore Sweep or TOTO, FairPrice Group gift cards or gift vouchers, carrier bags and other non-merchandise items, consultation, delivery and service fees, donation products or bundles, or alcoholic beverages. Stack the CHAS discount with other savings

💰 For in-store shopping, eligible CHAS savings can be combined with CDC Supermarket Vouchers and existing FairPrice store promotions. However, CDC Supermarket Vouchers cannot be used for FairPrice Online purchases, Scan & Go transactions or Smart Cart transactions made via the FairPrice Group app; Smart Cart transactions completed at a Self-Checkout Counter are eligible. CDC Vouchers 2026 are valid only until 31 December 2026, so they cannot be used with the CHAS Orange discount on 1 January 2027.

For FairPrice Online delivery orders, the $3.99 service fee is waived with a minimum spend of $100 on the designated CHAS discount day: Thursday for Blue cardholders and Friday for Orange cardholders. This waiver applies to the $3.99 service fee; FairPrice also states that a standard $5 delivery fee applies to orders under the $59 minimum spend.

For in-store purchases, a physical or digital CHAS card can be presented at checkout. For auto-applied discounts through the FairPrice Group app, MyInfo must be successfully verified with a “Last Verified Date” on or after 22 May 2025; re-verification may be needed if an earlier date is shown. Online CHAS discounts also require MyInfo integration with the FPG App. The auto-applied app discount is not available at Unity stores located at Changi Airport.

💳 CHAS cardholders who are also Link members can continue earning Linkpoints on eligible purchases. Linkpoints are calculated on the final transaction amount after discounts have been applied.

Other FairPrice affordability initiatives in 2026

The latest promotion follows an earlier enhanced support period from 9 April to 31 May 2026, when FairPrice Group similarly doubled CHAS Blue and Orange discounts and waived the service fee for eligible online orders.

Other affordability measures introduced during 2026 included freezing prices on more than 500 daily essentials from June to August, discounts of up to 36% on selected housebrand essentials and the distribution of 80,000 Buka Puasa refreshment sets.

More than $60,000 worth of festive care packs was also distributed to charity and community beneficiaries earlier in the year.
