Enjoy Weekly Cashback When You Shop in the Heartlands
From 12 July to 27 September 2025, shoppers across Singapore can look forward to exclusive weekly savings when they use DBS PayLah! to pay at over 22,000 participating heartland merchants, including wet markets, hawker stalls, and neighbourhood shops islandwide.
POSB has not updated their website with the list of participating merchants. However, it should be similar to last year 2024 which you can find here (PDF).
Every Saturday during the promotional period, PayLah! users will receive a 100% cashback of up to S$3 when they scan to pay via the app. The cashback promotion begins at 8AM and will run until the daily quota is fully redeemed.

Not Using PayLah! Yet?
Singapore residents who haven’t joined the PayLah! ecosystem yet can easily get started. The app is available for download from both the App Store and Google Play. A DBS/POSB account is not required to open a PayLah! account, making it accessible to a broad user base.
How to Scan and Pay with PayLah!
- Step 1: Login to your PayLah! app
- Step 2: Tap on ‘Scan QR’ and scan the merchant’s QR code
- Step 3: Confirm payment – and you’re done!

This Saturday-exclusive cashback campaign highlights the growing role of mobile payments in Singapore’s heartland economy. As more residents adopt digital wallets like PayLah!, such initiatives not only benefit individual consumers but also help traditional merchants stay relevant in a digital-first landscape. Be sure to set your alarms – the cashback is limited and highly sought after each week!
