After the buzz of their previous collaboration, KFC Singapore reunites with popular Korean instant noodle brand Samyang, returning with an even better and bolder creation that will make you exclaim: “HEOL 헐 YEAH!”. The global hype of an irresistibly hot Buldak cult favourite meets KFC’s world-famous chicken in the Samyang Buldak Carbonara, where fiery heat is paired with a surprisingly creamy carbonara twist for a slow, savoury and indulgent burn in KFC’s iconic Double Down form.
It’s Cheesy, It’s Creamy, It’s Delicious Drama

The star of the show is the Samyang Buldak Carbonara Double Down, a cheesy innovation featuring luscious Samyang Buldak Carbonara noodles between two crispy, succulent Zinger fillets – ditching the bun in favour of full indulgence. This long-awaited union of the viral ramyeon flavour with KFC’s famous chicken doesn’t stop there. There’s the addition of Parmesan Cheese sitting pretty atop the Zinger fillet, and a slice of Smoked Applewood Chicken Ham, amping up the creamy decadence while also wholeheartedly embracing this ode to carbonara.

KFC’s popular Hot & Crispy Chicken also gets a dramatic upgrade when paired with the Samyang Buldak Carbonara sauce, transforming into the delicious Samyang Buldak Carbonara Chicken. Oh my Heollll… the creamy notes are a perfect match with the fiery kick, alongside a thoughtful tub of Korean pickled radish cubes – aptly called Chicken-mu (치킨무) – to punch through the heat and savouriness for a complete K-fried chicken meal experience.
Carbonara is also a wonderful match for carbs, in this case, Samyang Buldak Carbonara Loaded Fries, where KFC’s crispy golden fries are simply drenched in that unmistakable fiery kick from the Samyang Buldak Carbonara sauce. That’s not all. Laying down more delectable drama to make your taste buds go wild is a pour of KFC’s signature cheese sauce and a sprinkle of spring onions to complete the look. These chewy, creamy and pretty-in-pink parcels are the perfect cool-down treat featuring pillow-soft mochi with that addictive bite, gently wrapped around a creamy cheese centre. Nestled further within, discover a burst of sweet strawberry filling – just like that shocking plot twist (HEOL헐 WHUT!?!?!?) you were never expecting. To mark the comeback of its collaboration with Samyang, KFC is inviting fans to capture the moment with a special in-store photobooth experience in collaboration with photobooth vendor, Dollop Studios!
From 2 April to 3 May 2026, fans visiting KFC Kallang and Dollop Pitstop at SCAPE can step into the themed Dollop photobooth featuring two exclusive designs and snap fun photo strips inspired by the new launch of the Samyang Buldak Carbonara Double Down. Each photostrip will be available at a special discounted price of $5, so grab your chingus and head down for a fun-filled Korean experience, exclusively at these outlets!!
