Customers will claim their orders in batches, and will be informed by SMS. a day before their allocated redemption period.

What to Bring
Your original NRIC and printed Confirmation Forms
If you are unable to collect it personally:
- Complete the authorisation section within your Confirmation Form(s). Reference here.
- Ensure that the person collecting on your behalf brings the complete form, a printout of your NRIC and their original NRIC to the redemption counter
Note: Redemption centre will make a copy of your NRIC for retention and auditing purposes. Traffic might be high during the first few days of redemption.
Other Notes
Happy Meal (in the form of Happy Meal food voucher) and Despicable Me2 toys will be provided on the spot during the redemption.
The Happy Meal food voucher is valid from 12 Dec 2013 to 30 Jun 2014. You may pass the Happy Meal voucher to another person to redeem the Happy Meal during the validity period.
Customers can still choose the option of a Cheeseburger or Hotcakes meal when redeeming the Happy Meal. However, there is NO refund of the difference even though it is cheaper. Strictly no top-up to upgrade drinks or upgrade to Extra Value Meal.
Customers who want to donate their Happy Meal(s) can simply drop the voucher into the box after collection. The donated meal will be recorded in McDonald’s system and will be delivered to the children at MINDS after the promotion ends.
