Chocolates are so good there is no reason they should be enjoyed only at the end of a meal. From 21 to 23 June 2013, chefs at MEDZS will deftly infuse their main courses with rich, velvety chocolate sauces.
Expect the sauces to come in unique flavours: orange chocolate, spicy and lemon scented!
Each chef at the respective stations will dole out unique combinations. Imagine charcoal grilled wagyu rump, drenched in orange chocolate sauce ($23.90)… or lamb brochette paired with chocolate sauce that lends a spicy tang ($14.90). This is sheer indulgence!
Of course, purists can always make a beeline for the pastry station and get the Four Seasons Chocolate Platter ($18.90). It comprises Double Brandy Chocolate Fudge Cake, Chocolate Waffle with Ice Cream, Black and White Chocolate Millefeuille and Chocolate Martini with Strawberry Tuxedo.
