Choose from the following items in the Outback Favourites menu (NOTE: menu below may not be accurate as the website as not working at press time)
- Baby Back Ribs – These fall-off-the-bone pork ribs are exactly the way ribs should be. Succulent and saucy, each rack is smoked, grilled to perfection and brushed in a tangy BBQ sauce. Served with Aussie Fries.
- Alice Springs Chicken – Flame-grilled chicken breast topped with sautéed mushrooms, crisp strips of bacon, melted Monterey Jack and Cheddar and finished with honey mustard sauce. Served with Aussie Fries.
- Grilled Pork Chops – Two center cut, seasoned pork chops served with Aussie Fries.
- Lamb Chops – Lamb chops, cooked to order and served with your choice of two freshly made sides.
- Black Pepper Steak Bites – Tender black pepper crusted steak bites seasoned and seared and served with Aussie Fries and Fresh seasonal veggies.
- Toowoomba Pasta – Grilled shrimp, mushrooms and Parmesan with fettuccine and a light tomato cream sauce.
- No Rules Pasta – Fettuccine noodles tossed in a creamy Parmesan cheese sauce. Add vegetables, chicken, shrimp or combination.
- Toowoomba Topped Chicken – Sautéed shrimp and button mushrooms tossed in a tomato cream sauce and served over grilled chicken. Served with fresh seasonal veggies.
- Garlic Glazed Pork Loin – Seasoned and seared pork loin topped with spicy lemon garlic. Served with fresh grilled vegetables, dressed baked potato and whole grain mustard.
- Steak Pomodoro Pasta – Cavatappi pasta topped with a pomodoro sauce that is slow cooked with steak and tomatoes. Then topped with basil and Parmesan cheese.
